Keyvillas.com reserves the right to change, alter or edit any advertising material that is given to us for use in the advertisement of their holiday property.
Keyvillas.com cannot be held responsible or liable in any form for disputes, legal or otherwise between its advertisers and their customers or guests.
All information to given to Keyvillas.com by our advertisers to the best of our knowledge is correct and the time of the advert going live or going to press.
Keyvillas.com is not liable for loss, damage or costs resulting in use of the site or the inability to access keyvillas.com. Keyvillas.com cannot be held liable for booking cancellations, non-payment or damage caused be tenants.

Keyvillas.com will allow advertisers to update their advertisement using their membership login code but keyvillas.com reserves the right to change/edit/alter at any time.
Keyvillas.com reserves the right to delete any oral advertising pages or/and end the contract at anytime within the contractual period for reasons that we feel are derogatory towards keyvillas.com and if numerous complaints are received with question to misleading or inaccurate property descriptions or images contained within the advertisement. No refunds will be given if the above is violated.
Keyvillas.com expects it property advertisers to full fill its contractual obligations for the contract period but keyvillas.com understands situations can change and will accepts requests for advertisements to be removed or contracts ended.
Refunds will be reviewed at the discretion of company management.
Cancellation of advertising contracts prior to publication will be subject to an administration fee of 30% of the advertising fee.
It is company policy to reserve the right to forward contact details to the police or other regulatory authority when requested to do so
Any misuse of the website keyvillas.com in any capacity with regards to these terms and conditions will result in the advertising contract to be immediately ended and depending on the misuse, contact details will be forwarded on to the police.
Keyvillas.com respect the privacy of its advertisers details and will not forward or give any details to any marketing or advertising company.
These terms and conditions maybe amended at anytime.
