It's as simple as that! No hidden fees or extra charges and you will also receive a draft of your advert before insertion for your approval.

As with all property based publications the photographs are the premium source of interest from all parties and keyvillas.com respects this, so to help we offer a few pointers on how to develop your advert.

On average it only takes 3-4 property photographs to sell the holiday but we feel that offering up to 6 photos allows you to personalise your advert. Because we are a web based company our secure servers gives you far greater space allowance than most advertising options

When supplying your property photographs to keyvillas.com please remember these basic pointers.

  • Your property photographs must represent a true account of your property and how it will look upon arrival of your guests.
  • Understand how light and time of day can vastly improve your photographs
  • When supplying your photos on CD please include prints to support your choices.
  • Please label all Photographs / Discs with Name and Photo Scene
  • When supplying photographs of local events or scenic moments please ensure that images of the public are totally clean or we will delete them.
Only Printed copies of your photographs

You can e-mail your photographs and form to us or print the completed form send with the photographs on compact disc using land based postal systems.
